Three Lions Psychology and Consulting offer a specific service to emerging managers/leaders which can be in established in partnership with the employer or as an additional development opportunity outside of the emerging manager’s organisation.

Marcus is passionate about developing competent, empathetic, and assertive leaders and has incorporates psychological education and management principles to assist an individual to develop a holistic approach to leadership and managers/leaders.

Marcus can work with emerging managers/leaders on a short or long-term basis and can assist with a range of development opportunities or support clients through challenging workplace/leadership situations.
